This policy explains what information Bruiser Auto Inc. ("Bruiser's," "we," "us") collects when you visit bruiser.com, book service, text or call us, or bring a vehicle to one of our Chicago shops, and how we use and protect it.

Information we collect

Contact details: name, mobile phone number, email address, and mailing address you give us.
Vehicle and service information: year, make, model, VIN, mileage, the work you request, inspection photos and notes, estimates, invoices, and service history.
Payment information: processed by our payment processor. We do not store full card numbers on our systems.
Messages and calls: texts and calls with our shops, which may be recorded or logged for quality and to keep track of your job.
Website and advertising data: pages visited, device and browser type, approximate location, and how you reached our site (for example, from a Google ad), collected through cookies and similar tools.

How we use it

To schedule appointments, repair your vehicle, send estimates and updates, and take payment.
To send appointment confirmations, reminders, service reminders, and follow-ups you have agreed to receive.
To answer questions and provide customer support.
To measure and improve our website and advertising, including telling Google Ads which ad clicks led to a booked and completed repair.
To keep records required by law and to protect against fraud.

Text messages

If you give us your mobile number, we may text you about your appointment and vehicle. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. We do not sell or share your mobile number or text messaging consent with third parties for their marketing.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

Service providers who help us run the business, such as our shop management, payment, texting, phone, email, hosting, and analytics providers, under obligations to protect it.
Parts suppliers and sublet repair partners, only as needed to complete your repair.
Advertising platforms such as Google, to measure ad performance. This may include hashed contact information or ad click identifiers.
Authorities when required by law, or to protect our rights and safety.
A buyer or successor if our business is sold or reorganized.

Google data

Our internal advertising tools access our own Google Ads account through Google APIs. Bruiser Auto's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We use this data only to report on and manage our own advertising, and we do not share it with third parties.

Cookies and your choices

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. You can control personalized Google ads at adssettings.google.com. You can opt out of marketing texts by replying STOP and of marketing emails with the unsubscribe link.

Retention and security

We keep service and invoice records for as long as needed to support warranties, answer questions about past work, and meet legal and tax requirements. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, but no system is completely secure.

Your rights

You may ask to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, subject to records we are required to keep. Contact us using the details below.

Children

Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
